Cardio is great combined with resistance training. You should alternate the parts of your body that you are working every other day. So, say you work on your legs one day, skip a day and do Abs the next, and then back to legs. Give your muscles time to recover. I am SOOOO buying this book. I have heard that alot of people are just going to just go and read it in the store, but I want it in my hot little hands until Breaking Dawn comes out. I couldn't just read it once!
